Where we submit documents to a Georgian authority, we do so solely as your representative, on your instruction and under a power of attorney you grant us. We are also not affiliated with, and not endorsed by, any bank named on this website.

3. Services and How Enquiries Are Handled

GeorgiaRegister provides information about company registration in Georgia and related business services. The content on this website is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, tax or financial advice.

We do not carry out company formation, accounting, banking or immigration work ourselves. When you send an enquiry through this website, your details are passed to our service partner in Georgia, who contacts you directly. Scope, fees, timing and the engagement itself are agreed between you and that partner, in writing, before any work starts. Government and notarial fees are set by the authorities and are charged by the partner at cost. No service contract arises between you and the operator of this website.
