Frequently asked questions
Do you only register companies?
No. Company formation is the most requested service, but the same team handles tax status applications, bank accounts, residence permits, accounting and payroll, legal documents, apostille and legalisation, and structuring advice. Most clients combine two or three of these in one project.
Can everything be done remotely?
Company registration, tax registration and accounting run remotely by power of attorney and through the rs.ge portal. Bank account opening and residence permits can require your presence or a personal interview, and we tell you in advance which steps do.
How long does a company registration take?
The registry entry itself is usually done within one working day. Allow one to three business days in total, because the notarised documents and the tax registration come around it — and preparing those documents in your own country is normally the longer part.
What does it cost?
Our service fees are fixed and quoted before we start. Government fees are charged at cost and confirmed with you first, because state tariffs change. Recurring services such as accounting are billed monthly. Send us the scope and you get a written quote instead of a price range.
Which languages do you work in?
The website is available in eight languages. Your case in Georgia is handled in English, Russian or Georgian — those are the working languages of our partner on the ground. For written enquiries, English is the safest choice. Documents for Georgian authorities are prepared in Georgian, with certified translation where the registry or the Revenue Service requires it.
