Payroll Outsourcing in Georgia

If your company employs staff in Georgia, every salary carries tax and pension obligations that fall on you as the employer. We run your payroll from end to end — gross-to-net calculation, tax and pension withholding, and the monthly filing on rs.ge — so your team is paid correctly and your reporting stays in line with the Revenue Service. This service covers the country of Georgia, not the US state.

What we do

  • Monthly salary calculation and payslips for every employee
  • Withholding and remitting the flat 20% personal income tax to the Revenue Service (rs.ge)
  • Calculating and paying the mandatory funded pension: 2% employer and 2% employee, plus the state top-up
  • Filing your monthly payroll declaration on rs.ge by the 15th of the following month
  • Employment contracts, onboarding paperwork, and net-pay disbursement support

How it works

  1. 1Onboarding — we collect employee data, salaries, and your company details from rs.ge
  2. 2Monthly run — we calculate gross-to-net pay, the 20% income tax, and pension contributions for each employee
  3. 3Filing and payment — we submit the declaration and prepare the tax and pension transfers before the deadline
  4. 4Payslips and reporting — you and your team receive payslips and a clear monthly summary

Frequently Asked Questions

How much is income tax on salary in Georgia?

Employment income is taxed at a flat 20% personal income tax. As the employer, you withhold it from gross salary and remit it to the Revenue Service each month. We calculate the amount for every employee and file the monthly declaration on rs.ge on your behalf.

What are the mandatory pension contributions?

Under the mandatory funded pension scheme, the employer pays 2% and the employee pays 2% of gross salary, with the state adding up to a further 2%. Enrollment is mandatory for Georgian citizens and permanent residents; foreign nationals and holders of a temporary residence permit are generally excluded. We handle the calculation and payment.

How often is payroll reported?

Payroll is reported monthly. The employer files a withholding declaration and pays both the 20% income tax and the pension contributions by the 15th of the following month through rs.ge. We prepare and submit everything before each deadline so your filings stay on time.
