Are you licensed to represent me in a Georgian court?
We provide legal advisory, drafting and document work directly. For litigation or hearings that require a member of the Georgian Bar, we act together with licensed advocates. That way one team manages your matter end to end, from the first contract right through to representation in a dispute.
Can my legal matter be handled remotely?
In most cases, yes. With a notarised and apostilled power of attorney we can sign documents, deal with the registry and represent you before authorities in Georgia without you travelling. Some acts still need your personal presence, and we tell you upfront which ones apply to your case.
Can a foreigner own property or a business in Georgia?
Foreign nationals can own companies and most real estate in Georgia, though some categories, such as agricultural land, carry restrictions.
